We can source suppliers, products, fabrics, and handle any type of research operations needed for your fashion projects. We can also establish reports for you to compare and analyze on different possibilities regarding all critical points in the process needed adapted to the country you want to operate from, including quotations, custom clearances, logistics, etc… Most importantly we know that a great factory is more than just a shiny website and slick brochure, so we take great pride in working with a portfolio of trusted factories and suppliers who have all been audited in person by our team on the ground.

Merchandise is the foundation for successful shipment and involves 70% of our services. Getting buyer forecast, translating and transferring to suppliers, product development with pricing, material, accessories detail, assisting buyer supplier on technical data, production parameters, supplier selection based on technical & financial strength with readying verified profiles, make easy buying. Our teams have assisted 100s of buying meets and over see shipping work over 1.5 million garments per year. Buyers have appreciated our assistance on process parameters for dye houses, print, embroidery and art work process and fix quality benchmark works on the same supplies are selected as per buyer requirements with certification if needed like ISO, SA8000 Certified Companies, OE, OEKO Tex certified garment suppliers. All Certificates, machinery details, financial reports, bank reports, past performances, management capacities of suppliers are verified and documented for buyer assessment. Factory visits are arranged with selected suppliers.

Kings Apparel strives to work on customer quality standards, and when not available, works to self-set standards which have been established through years of experience. Our Quality control procedure includes inspections at various stages, starting with the raw material at the site through to the final inspection, and includes regular in-line inspections as well. We also assist manufacturers to implement and reinforce their own quality systems. With Kings Apparel support, conformity to contract specifications is monitored independently. Corrective actions, when necessary, are initiated at the factory floor – thereby maximising efficiency.
